These terms govern your use of GridlockDice, the premium block puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

1. The App

GridlockDice is a polyomino puzzle game for iOS and iPadOS. It is distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store. The app is built using Apple frameworks (SwiftUI and SpriteKit) and contains no third-party code, analytics, or advertising software.

2. Pricing & Purchases

GridlockDice is free to try for the first 15 levels. The full game (all 50 levels) is unlocked via a single one-time in-app purchase. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit system. Pricing is set by Apple's App Store tiers and may vary by region.

All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple support, as the developer does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.

3. No Subscription

GridlockDice does not offer or require any subscription. There are no recurring charges, auto-renewing payments, or monthly fees. A single purchase unlocks the full game permanently.

4. No Online Services

The game is fully offline. It does not connect to any server, transmit any data, or require an internet connection to play. There is no account system, no leaderboard, no multiplayer, and no cloud-save functionality.

5. License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use GridlockDice on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

GridlockDice, including all code, artwork, game design, puzzles, audio, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. User Content

GridlockDice contains no user-generated content, no messaging system, no social features, and no way to submit content. No content moderation is needed because no content can be created or shared within the app.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

GridlockDice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, though every effort is made to ensure quality through automated testing and solver-verified puzzles.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Age Requirements

GridlockDice requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. By downloading the app, you confirm that you meet the age requirements set by Apple's App Store Terms of Service for your region.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
